The note and minute of the previous meeting were discussed and agreed.
The wording of a Preliminary Indication template was agreed.
Commissioners discussed the Hinton case in the context of offence related work.
The current position of each case within the Sentence Review was discussed.
An update was provided by the Secretary of the Commissioners on the tenure of Sentence Review Commissioners.
The next plenary meeting will be held on the 9 December 2011.
